With almost 20 years of experience in Human Resources, including large scale projects all across Central and Eastern Europe, Horatiu is an experienced consultant in organizational development and effectiveness. Horatiu’s practical experience is supported by a series of academical certifications including “Strategic Management & Innovation” from Copenhagen Business School, and an M.A. in Human Resources from Babes-Bolyai University from Cluj-Napoca. Horatiu also gets often involved in the development of the HR professional community, by participating to conferences and seminars, writing white papers and technical materials, and also playing an active role in various pro-bono projects.
