Miruna is a Tax Partner at EY in Romania and is also EY CESA Tax Markets Leader.
She joined EY in 2002 and has focused on corporate taxation and transaction advisory (international taxation, tax structuring, mergers and acquisitions).
Miruna has been involved in in numerous audit projects in energy, oil & gas, retail, pharma, manufacturing, technology (including projects with international exposure), given her regional role. Also, she has coordinated PHARE/ISPA financing projects and has provided assistance related to Romanian state aid.
She is a recurrent speaker at tax events and seminars and is actively involved as a member in different business organizations (Swiss Chamber of Commerce, CCIFER, Romanian Business Leaders ETC.).
Miruna holds a BA in Economics from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Romania. She is a chartered accountant since 2005 and a fiscal consultant since 2007.
How Miruna is building a better working world
Miruna takes an active role in the improvement of Romanian taxation legislation. She regularly takes part in specialized working groups from different business organizations where she shares her vast experience as a tax consultant.
