Joanna works on the design and delivery of projects with global clients and teams across EY. She leverages the potential of distributed networks of employees and ecosystems to capture thoughts, experiences, insights, and ideas at scale, as well as drive community engagement and innovation throughout the program delivery process powered by platforms.
She has over 15 years of experience in marketing, product management, sales, technology, and entrepreneurship across various industries, including logistics, media, and retail. Her most recent professional experience includes co-founding a crowdsourcing agency (MillionYou), which was acquired by EY in 2016.
Joanna blends her corporate and start-up background, focusing on delivering results by continually removing barriers and driving value through adaptation and critical thinking.
She studied at the Vienna University of Economics & Business and earned her MA, Masters of Economics at the Warsaw School of Economics.
