Fran is responsible for leading the Digital Strategy and Transformation Solution and practice area. He helps clients transform their business by focusing on innovation, the customer and employee experiences, new product development and leveraging technology.
With a proven track record of helping companies transform their business strategies through new customer experiences, operating models, JVs and consortiums, Fran has helped EY launch innovative business models for new and existing companies.
He brings over 20 years of business and IT consulting experience and thought leadership, and is seasoned in transformation programs, executive relationship building, and engagement delivery.
He earned an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Maryland.
