·       The agile ceremonies & artefacts in Scrum

Lesson 4: Defining the Product backlog

·       From strategic vision to implementation 

·       Defining the work: Epics, features and user stories 

·       Focusing on customer centricity through Design Thinking

Lesson 5: Refining and estimating the backlog

·       Backlog refinement: Prioritizing the right work using the product backlog 

·       Effort estimation: best practice 

Lesson 6: Sprint planning

·       How to effectively run sprint planning

·       Ensuring business and IT alignment 

Lesson 7: Daily stand up

·       How to effectively run a daily stand up 

·       Ways to visualize workflow

Lesson 8: Sprint Review & Retrospective

Lesson 9: Agile at Scale

·       How multiple agile teams can work and plan together
