Eleni joined EY Cyprus in 2021 and is a tax consultant specializing in local and international tax including advice on optimizing tax structures of multinational international groups. She has extensive exposure to international multinational Transportation and Logistics companies including structuring and restructuring of conglomerate international groups, rendering corporation tax advice, and compliance support. Currently she is leading several projects involving transformation of the business of groups, M&A, liquidations, due diligence projects and tax audits.
Eleni holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Finance from the University of Southampton, where she graduated with 1st class honors. She is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). She is also a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) and secretary of the Shipping Committee of ICPAC.
