Olga serve as the Tax Senior Manager bringing 15 years of experience in international tax advisory with a specific focus on IT/Digital as well as oil & gas industries.
Olga joined EY Cyprus in April 2008 as a Tax Senior
Olga was promoted to Tax Manager in October 2010.
As of October 2014 Olga holds a position of Tax Services Senior Manager located in Cyprus.
Olga has a Law Degree (Hons) from the Russian State University - Higher School of Economics (Law School)
Olga is also a holder of an Advance Diploma in International Taxation from the UK Chartered Institute of Taxation
Olga is a member of Energy Committee of ICPAC (Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus)
Olga has experience in advising across various industry lines in Cyprus and other jurisdictions on the tax efficiency and tax risks of multinational operations, investment funds, structured finance transactions, acquisitions and divestments, leasing arrangements and group/debt restructuring strategies.
Olga has performed tax due diligence procedures in various transaction tax projects on both Buyers and Vendors side for several clients across various industry lines.
