José María is the Partner responsible for EY wavespace Madrid, Center of Excellence in Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics and Cognitive Solutions serving the EMEIA area.

He is an Industrial Engineer from the ICAI (Management and Organization). He has extensive experience in the strategic definition, design and launch of business initiatives in which technological innovation has always been key.

In his beginnings as a strategic consultant, he was able to develop a broad vision of different sectors and a high ability to quickly identify the key factors in the successful management of organizations.

Prior to joining the global EY organization, José María was the founder and owner of several start-ups in the edtech, e-commerce, and organizational transformation consulting sectors.

Sectorally, José María has served large transnational entities for the last 20 years as a consultant focusing on customer intelligence, technological innovation and organizational transformation.
