Richard has over 20 years’ experience in leading marketing and consulting teams, to challenge thinking as to how businesses transform their CX capability, delivering customer transformation programme as a consultant and a client. Richard is the lead partner for Innovation Design and Customer Transformation in Ireland.
He is passionate about fundamentally changing and enhancing the way organisations engage and serve their customers. The challenge of creating differentiated and value-driven customer experiences continues to inspire him, especially with the adoption of new technologies, like AI.
Richard supports clients with customer-centric diagnostics and the delivery of CX transformation programmes. He keeps customers and employees at the centre of programme design, ensuring change is implemented which will establish new ways of working with measurable improvements in CX and employee productivity.

I work with a variety of local organisations helping the vulnerable in society, in particular the local foodbank and similiar charitable organisations.”
