Xavier leads EY EMEIA Financial Services Consulting services. He works with his team with its 5,000 people to advise clients in the financial services industry (banking and capital markets, insurance, asset management) and help them achieve their transformation and growth. Previously, he led EY Financial Services Consulting in France.
With more than 25 years of experience working with large financial services organizations, he focuses on analyzing business models, developing core business services and providing large and complex transformation projects including technology enabled solutions.
Xavier received a bachelor’s degree in Management from ESSEC Business School.
