Regina is the EY-Parthenon Americas Oil & Gas and Chemicals Sector Leader, and a dedicated member of the Americas Sell and Separate team. She also currently serves on the EY US Governing Board and the Global Governance Council. With over 30 years of professional experience in the private, public and regulatory sectors, Regina advises clients on the entire carve-out process in connection with tax free spins, initial public offerings and M&A transactions.

Regina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston and is a CPA in New York and Texas.
