How Hirotaka is shaping the future with confidence

My 15 years in Brazil and involvement in numerous cross-border projects have equipped me with an understanding of different cultures, systems and values, and prepared me to offer support to Japanese companies in their overseas expansion. I am focused on both achieving business success and building trusted relationships with stakeholders through local, hands-on support. My knowledge of the cultural context and finding mutual understanding, rather than fixating on systems and practical operations, have helped me to play my part in promoting collaboration and building long-term value. My aim is to bridge economies, peoples and cultures, contributing to the creation of a better working world built on trust and underpinned by commonalities that connect diverse cultures.
