An Advisory Quality Leader, helping our people to perform at their best to provide top quality services to our clients.

Leveraging his many years of experience in advisory services, Kimio Ando leads the effort in reducing the risk in advisory projects and improving service quality. He supports our engagement teams to deliver client services of the highest quality.

Since  joining an EY Japan in 2018 as the Advisory Quality Leader, he has been instrumental in improving the quality of our advisory service. Dedicated to his work, he not only reviews reports and documents but also delves into the projects at the frontline, visiting clients to conduct numerous interviews to get a multiple and comprehensive perspective on the projects and services.

I believe providing top quality consulting services contributes to the growth and progress in our clients' businesses which, in turn, helps the development in our society.

My aim is to ensure that there's no misunderstanding between a consultant and a client, or situation where results cannot be achieved due to inadequate performance.

As an Advisory Quality Leader, it is my responsibility to maintain the EY brand by truly engaging in our services so that we can do our part to build a better working world for our clients and society.
