Kosuke Mizukami is an Associate Partner of Ernst & Young Business Partner Co., Ltd, joining the firm in April 2026. Drawing on his experience in both industry and consulting, he is focused on scaling and enhancing managed services for accounting and finance.
He began his career at a major manufacturing company, where he supported business operations including budget formulation and control, and distributor sales channels.
He later joined an international consulting firm to focus on the manufacturing sector, engaging in business process transformation and system implementation projects in the areas of management accounting, cost accounting, and corporate performance management.
He is an IMA® Certified Management Accountant. In addition to his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley, he holds an MBA from the Graduate School of Commerce at Waseda University, Tokyo.
