How Naoki is shaping the future with confidence

“When I engage with a client to develop a proposal, my initial consideration is always how can I, at an individual level, make an immediate contribution to their success. I then ask myself what should be the form of their medium- and long-term success and how EYSC, as an organization, can enhance that success to bring about a resulting impact on the sector. This is my way of contributing more widely to all stakeholders in society.

Seeing the tangible results of collaboration with clients is always professionally rewarding. It also reconfirms my purpose and underpins my motivation to help them address their challenges today and best prepare for the future.”
