Oina is an experienced transformation leader who currently serves as EY Europe West TPRM Experience Leader and Senior Manager with Business Consulting at EY Consulting GmbH. Oina supports clients and teams to help address their most complex challenges in third-party risk management. For global players, mid-market clients and international development organizations, Oina facilitates co-creation experiences using Design Thinking, Agile and EY wavespace methodologies. She works with clients across all industries and at all levels, and is an advocate for human-centered design and transformation.
In 2019, Oina joined EY after leading transformation projects in different industries for several years. She has led multiple digitalization projects for one of Germany's largest retailers and worked as a product manager at a global professional services firm.
Oina began her career as a key account manager for a global IT company after completing a dual-study program in International Business Administration in Berlin.
