Joining EY Japan in 2018, Yuji Nomura leads the Reward and Analytics business of the People Advisory Services practice.
In combination with his previous role in a professional services firm, he has over 14 years of management consulting experience in the organization and human resources sector.
He specializes in the field of executive rewards and also supports and advises on HR transactions, including HR strategy design, usage of analytics in work style reform, M&A and the organizational and HR issues arising in business restructuring.
He is a graduate of Kyoto University, Japan.
