Dante is the EY Americas and US Managing Partner, responsible for the strategic direction and performance of the EY organization across the Americas, representing more than US$25 billion in annual revenue and a workforce of over 75,000 professionals.

Previously, as the EY Americas Assurance Vice Chair, he led a large-scale transformation to modernize the business — strengthening quality, advancing technology and AI adoption, and streamlining operations to better serve global clients and capital markets. 

He is widely recognized by clients, regulators and peers for his focus on trust, resilience and long-term value creation and has advised leading global organizations across sectors on complex regulatory matters, capital markets activity, M&A and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. 

Dante serves on the Board of the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts, Center for Audit Quality, Villanova Business School, Partnership for NYC, the Peterson Institute and the Chief Executives for Corporate Purpose.
