He is an advisor to pre-IPO and listed companies, including IPO readiness assessments and post-IPO support. He has a Bachelor of Management and Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Audit and Accounting from Vilnius University, Lithuania. Gytis is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California, USA.
