Michael Azzopardi | EY Malta, Technology Consulting Lead

Michael Azzopardi is a Senior Manager, leading EY Technology Consulting in Malta. Michael is an IT professional with more than 20 years of experience in strategy, architecture, software engineering and innovation practices working in global organizations. Prior to joining EY, Michael spent 16 years holding several positions at Credit Suisse in Switzerland and the United States. 

His strength is in bringing together various disciplines of IT including program and project management, software engineering, security practices and integration architecture to deliver sustainable strategic solutions that deliver value to the organization. By combining formal methods and analytical skills he developed and directed IT architecture concepts and strategies that transform how organizations approach complex business challenges through technology. 

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology (Computer Science) from the University of Malta and a Master of Science degree in Information Technology - Software Engineering Management from Carnegie Mellon University. He is a Senior Member of IEEE.

Razvan P. Nemes | EY Malta, Technology Consulting Manager

As a Manager in Technology Consulting at EY Malta, Razvan works with our clients to improve their business processes and operating models by supporting and leading digital transformation initiatives and enabling technology-centric, business-oriented strategies through establishing agile and modern strategic approaches leveraging the latest technologies

Razvan joined EY in 2021, with over 10 years of experience in consulting, solution architecture, business process management, project management and software development with customers from eighteen countries and four continents, Razvan offers a deep level of technical understanding and knowledge, purpose driven leadership and an empathic and inclusive change management philosophy.

His primary areas of expertise are Digital Transformation & Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Data Management & Governance, Solution Architecture, complex software implementations (ERP, ECM, CRM, etc.) and Business Process Management.

Thierry van Herwijnen | EY Netherlands, Intelligent Automation Alliances Business Development Leader

Thierry heads up transformation programs across the globe, leading large teams across diverse regions and cultures. He is responsible for key strategic partnerships which focus on the deployment of automation transformation programs that reduce costs, improve operational efficiency and help clients retain staff and enhance customer experience.

Thierry has over 20 years of industry experience within consulting, working with some of the biggest service providers in the market.

Carlos Cabaleiro Burguillos | EY Spain, Technology Consulting Senior Manager

Carlos, MSc Automation Engineering and IE MBA is the innovation and technical leader of the Madrid Digital & Emerging Technologies team. He joined EY back in 2016 and he has 10+ years of experience as SW engineer, data and automation architect. Currently he is leading +100 consultants team across complex projects in multiple countries, including the automation of Telefonica´s call centres.

Alin Meris | EY Romania, Technology Consulting Manager

Alin is currently a Solution Architect and he is part of the Intelligent Automation team in EY Romania.

Alin has joined EY in 2014 as and IT auditor until RPA was introduced in EY Romania. He was very curious to find out more and he took the challenge to learn everything he could about this new technology. During this time, he was involved in many local and international RPA projects and he is also looking forward in learning more about Cloud computing and Enterprise Architecture. 

Florent Bavoux | UiPath, Sr. Director, Partnerships – South Europe  

Florent Bavoux is the Regional Vice President Partners for Southern Europe (France, Spain and Portugal, Italy, Greece, Malta and Cyprus) at UiPath, a leading provider of enterprise automation software. Mr. Bavoux started in this role in Jan 2018, with a view of accelerating growth and market presence for UiPath thru partners. 

Before joining UiPath, he spent 20+ years in the IT world in various Partners and Alliance leading position with Adobe, Lexmark Software Group or Kofax , where he contributed to developing the South Europe partners ecosystem. In all his roles, Mr. Bavoux has always been driven by his ethos of achieving partner success.   

Born in 1968, he holds a master's degree in economics from Paris Business School.

Ludovic Duverger Nedellec | UiPath, Senior Principal Sales Engineer

Ludovic is a Senior Principal Sales Engineer at UiPath where he is responsible for supporting and developing the business and technology partners. Furthermore, he works with other business departments to create positive outcomes and improve the capabilities for UiPath customers.

Ludovic has more than 20 years of experience in solution selling mainly oriented around BPM, ECM, WCM, Company Portal and BI, whilst also having a passion for Intelligent Automation. 

Chris Lamberton | TrustPortal Solutions Ltd, CEO

Over 30 years, Chris Lamberton has built front-office and digital transformation teams for IBM, Accenture, PwC, Deloitte, and EY’s globally awarded Robotic Automation consulting practice. As CEO of TrustPortal, he’s now proving HyperAutomation’s capabilities within mission-critical, digital work transformation initiatives across Telefónica, MetLife and EDF.
