Michael has been working at EY since 2012. He is part of People Consulting and supports clients in solving their most difficult people and organization issues. He advises clients across sectors.

Michael graduated from BI Norwegian Business School with a MSc in Leadership and Organizational Psychology in 2012. He further supplemented his education with professional and executive education at the London School of Economics, Standford University, and INSEAD.
How Michael building a better working world
I am convinced that companies are leaving significant value on the table when it comes to their people. I believe a more balanced focus on both financial AND human capital is the way forward.
