Wenche leads the function that amplify and expand EY’s distinctive brand and accelerates revenue growth through innovative, audience-centric marketing and communications within the Nordic region. Since joining EY in 2020, she has led the transformation of BMC into an agile and data-driven team, leading the strategic, integrated marketing and communication efforts, developing firm-wide brand pillars, re-focused on customer lifetime value and quantifying new ways to measure ROI.
Additionally, Wenche is a member of Nordic Markets Leadership, Nordic Functional Leadership (CBS), EMEIA BMC Leadership and Global BMC Extended Leadership Team.
