  • FLEXleave

You'll have the opportunity to purchase up to eight weeks extra leave. This provides you with more time for study, family or other personal pursuits.

  • Family leave

We provide 26 weeks of paid parental leave, which can be taken flexibly by either parent during the 24 months after the child(ren)’s birth. There is no required service period to access the leave. This applies to stillborn birth, adoption, and surrogacy and can be taken as block leave or on a part-time basis. All family leave entitlements are inclusive of LGBTQ people, regardless of the gender of the Staff Member or their partner. This is on top of the Government’s paid parental leave provisions.
