What is EY Studio+?

At EY Studio+, we help clients grow with purpose by creating transformative customer experiences. We work across industries like banking, insurance, and wealth management, using creativity, technology, and global insights to solve complex challenges. Our team is driven by curiosity and collaboration, always putting people first whether they’re customers, citizens, patients, or employees. We combine design thinking, commercial know-how, and leading-edge tech to provide real business impact. By working closely with other EY teams and service partners, we help clients move into the next wave of digital transformation - balancing what customers want with what’s possible, practical and ethical.

What could you be doing?

  • Design and build new products and services, using agile ways of working to test and improve ideas quickly
  • Work in agile teams to develop new ideas, test them with real users and refine them based on feedback
  • Use empathy and design thinking to create experiences that stand out and meet real customer needs
  • Help shape marketing strategies using data and creativity like building campaigns or crafting compelling messages
  • Support sales teams with tools and resources that help them connect better with customers
  • Collaborate on solutions that improve customer service such as using artificial intelligence (AI) or chatbots to make interactions smoother and more helpful

Your career journey in EY Studio+

As a graduate, you’ll be part of our 12-month graduate development programme that has been developed for graduates in all service lines, and is focused on connection, learning and celebration.

The programme will provide you with the opportunity to network with your peers from other service lines and geographies. Running in parallel to your technical learning, you will develop leadership skills to become a successful graduate, and as you grow as a transformative leader.

As an EY Studio+ graduate, you’ll:- 

  • Have access to learning and development opportunities whilst gaining certifications from organisations like Adobe, Microsoft, and ServiceNow 
  • Explore emerging technologies like generative AI and machine learning 
  • Work with a dedicated counsellor who’ll guide and support your career development
  • Gain hands-on project experience

As an intern, after our company induction, you’ll start developing an understanding of how our EY Studio+ teams work and will be ready to work alongside teams on real client projects. You’ll meet other new interns from your office.

Your buddy and your counsellor will help you learn your way around the organisation, set your goals and plan your development while you’re here. You'll be well looked after with ongoing learning throughout the Internship Programme with sessions facilitated by our Learning and Development team, Campus Recruitment team and service line specific training.
