What is HR Transformation?

Your role will be to support our teams with building cases for HR transformation, introducing HR systems to organisations, designing organisational structures, and implementing change management and learning solutions.
You’ll be part of a team that will give you direct access to talented leaders to guide engagement delivery and support your development, as you work on challenging projects across a diverse range of issues and industries.
 
 

What could you be doing?

  • Assist with the design and delivery of HR operating models
  • Support the creation of change management and learning deliverables to support transformation
  • Help implement technologies such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Kronos, Service Now and Qualtrics
  • Aid workforce management – including workforce optimisation, time and attendance redesign
  • Create innovative insights for clients, adapting methods and practices to fit project needs
  • Build client networks and relationships

Your career journey in HR Transformation

As a graduate, you’ll be part of our 12-month graduate development programme that has been developed for graduates in all service lines, and is focused on connection, learning and celebration.

The programme will provide you with the opportunity to network with your peers from other service lines and geographies. Running in parallel to your technical learning, you will develop leadership skills to become a successful graduate, and as you grow as a transformative leader.

As a HR Transformation graduate, you’ll take part in:-

  • Change experience badges to support your understanding of change management
  • SAP bootcamps to support learning deliverables
  • Consulting training
  • On the job learning

As a intern, after our company induction, you’ll start developing an understanding of how our HR Transformation teams work and will be ready to work alongside teams on real client projects. You’ll meet other new interns from your office.

Your buddy and your counsellor will help you learn your way around the organisation, set your goals and plan your development while you’re here. You'll be well looked after with ongoing learning throughout the Intern Programme with sessions facilitated by our Learning and Development team, Campus Recruitment team and service line specific training. The Intern Programme is a great way to gain valuable audit experience, skills and networks to start building your career.
