His focus is on enabling organisations to move from experimentation to trusted, scalable AI adoption while managing risk, regulation and trust.
Blair works closely with boards and executive leadership teams to shape AI strategies that are practical, secure and aligned to organisational priorities. He supports clients in embedding AI into their operating models in ways that deliver value.
With more than twenty years' experience across consulting and technology leadership roles, Blair specialises in strategy development, applying data, advanced analytics and AI for business value and leading large, complex transformation programs from design through to delivery. He has worked with organisations across financial services, telecommunications, utilities, retail and government in Australia, Asia‑Pacific, the UK and Europe.
