Darren Tiddy

Darren Tiddy is a Senior Manager in EY‑Parthenon’s Infrastructure Advisory practice, specialising in water, waste and energy utilities and climate‑aligned infrastructure investment. He advises local and central government clients on strategy, tariffs, business cases, asset planning and sustainability, supporting confident long‑term decisions.

Prior to joining EY, Darren held senior advisory and delivery roles across the public and private sectors, leading infrastructure planning, procurement and capital projects. His experience spans utilities, resources and transport, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, emissions reduction and system resilience. Earlier roles in engineering, product development and research underpin his technical and commercial expertise.

Darren holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of the Witwatersrand, and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from the University of Johannesburg.
