As EY Global Payments Leader, Kai-Christian works across geographies, service lines and sectors to help enhance our brand and go-to-market strategy.
He coordinates our regional payments leaders on global pursuits and account development, oversees events and manages knowledge and thought leadership for global payments.
In 2001, he founded the boutique strategy firm that would become EY Innovalue and has been partner and managing director ever since.
His advisory focuses on strategy development and M&A. Typical projects include transaction advisory, growth and market entry strategies, development of operating models, as well as commercial due diligence.
Kai-Christian has a Diploma in Business Administration from International Management School in Malente.
