Susan Jones

EY New Zealand Country Managing Partner

Susan is the EY New Zealand Managing Partner, having been a partner at EY for over 21 years, and a member of the NZ firm’s board, she is responsible for the executive leadership of the New Zealand firm. Working with the EY Foundation team, Susan helps to enable our people give back to the communities we live and work in.

Susan is committed to deliver services beyond expectations through a relationship that is aligned to our clients culture and values.

Susan currently works across various industries, including retail, media and entertainment, film production, FMCG, primary industries such as forestry and fishing, not for profit, consumer products and manufacturing.

Susan is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Auckland University.

"Empowering the next generation of professionals to develop curiosity, cope and adapt to change, and value continuous learning through exposing themselves to different experiences is very important to me.
