Net Zero: The road to 2050

New Zealand has a goal to reach Net Zero by 2050 and EY, in collaboration with Newsroom, has created this podcast series, Net Zero: The road to 2050, in order to navigate the most interesting, critical and sometimes confusing ways in which New Zealand can tackle climate change and reach that target.

The 6 episode series covers agricultural emissions, exploring the myths and realities around carbon sinks and why there’s a difference between native and non-native trees when it comes to carbon credits. As well as understanding if green hydrogen lives up to its hype and finding out how the homes we live in - can help New Zealand get to carbon zero.
