Anugrah is an associate partner at EY-Parthenon Indonesia and the EY Indonesia Consumer Products & Retail Sector Leader in Strategy and Transactions. He helps clients redefine their purpose and setting strategic directives in light of the shifting market and industrial landscape in the transformative age.

With over 15 years of experience in strategy consulting, Anugrah advises private and public companies, and state-owned enterprises in Indonesia, around growth aspiration and transformation.

His advisory focuses on strategy, organizational transformation, governance, technological and business environment assessment. He covers multiple sectors including consumer products and retail, media and telecommunications, mining & metals and digital & innovation.

With extensive experience in public policy and Industry 4.0, Anugrah’s track record includes assisting and working with the Government and policymakers in Indonesia and ASEAN in their transformational public policy.

Anugrah holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Business and Economics from Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia.

In the area of clients’ transformational agendas, Anugrah’s objective has always been to bring tangible impact. He constantly focuses on the alignment between strategic direction guided by clients’ aspirations and the operational excellence needed to achieve it.

Anugrah is also passionate about policymaking and supporting the government in responding to today’s rapid changes. He was a former secondee to the World Economic Forum in Geneva, where he worked with senior-level policymakers across ASEAN countries and helped governments in the region to set their direction in embracing the Industrial Revolution 4.0.

Beyond his niche, Anugrah is keen to develop people through his involvement as a trainer and volunteer in various firm-building activities. He is an avid advocate of diversity and inclusion, as well as people well-being. He is recently appointed as a champion of well-being and work-life balance in EY Indonesia Strategy and Transactions Services.
