ChihWei Feng is the Managing Director of EY Transaction Advisory Services Inc. He is a professional with years of consulting experience in transaction advisory, valuation and business modeling. He also has extensive experience in providing services to Fortune 500 companies, state-owned enterprises, private equity firms, etc., in an array of industry sectors, including Power & Utilities, Oil & Gas, TMT, Biotechnology, Transportation, and Consumer & Industrial Products. ChihWei is a CFA® charterholder and an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in Machinery & Technical Specialties (MTS).
With comprehensive experience in valuation services, ChihWei has advised companies across Asia, the Americas and Europe on business valuation, equity valuation, and tangible and intangible asset valuation. His expertise spans M&A transactions, financial reporting, corporate restructuring, tax planning and asset insurance.
ChihWei is also highly skilled in financial modeling analysis. Over the years, he has assisted both public and private companies across industries such as energy, transportation and health care in building and reviewing financial models for purposes including financial feasibility, bank financing, project bidding and corporate strategy.
Prior to his advisory experience in the US, China and Taiwan, ChihWei obtained a bachelor’s degree from National Taiwan University and dual master’s degrees from Texas A&M University.
