Susan is an EY Partner with more than 25 years of experience helping companies manage major transformation efforts and develop high-growth strategies. She is a retail revenue growth management expert with global experience in strategy, sales and marketing.

Prior to joining EY, Susan led a consumer and retail practice for a leading consultancy in North America, and she previously held business development roles for a major Fortune 500 company. She is the author of the eBook “It's Time For eCommerce to Grow Up.” Her comments on retailer dynamics, consumer pricing and shopping behavior have appeared in The Wall Street Journal, ABC News, TIME, Forbes and the Chicago Tribune.

She is also an accomplished lecturer who has spoken at various institutions, including Yale School of Management, Columbia Business School and others. She holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Boston University.
