Purandar is EY Asean Chief Operating Officer and Head of Strategy and Transactions at Ernst & Young Solutions LLP in Singapore.
Purandar has spent decades in the Strategy and Transactions business. He has been involved in M&As across the globe, having served clients in Europe, the Americas and Asia since 2001.
He provides clients in Singapore and the wider Asian region with support in deal structuring, due diligence, working capital and related financing analysis and accounting consultation.
Purandar holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University in the US and is a UK-qualified Chartered Accountant.
