As EY’s EMEIA Banking & Capital Markets Leader for Financial Services, Marie-Laure is responsible for connecting the leaders of our banking accounts in Europe. With over 25 years of experience, she brings a deep understanding of the challenges and priorities currently being faced by the banking industry following years of regulatory pressure and the need to innovate and transform.
Representing the banking sector, she is a member of the EY EMEIA Financial Services Leadership team and sits on the Global Banking Operating Committee. Since joining EY, Marie-Laure has led some of our largest financial services accounts in both the Advisory and Assurance space. She was the previously the Global Client Services Partner for the largest Eurozone Bank, before her current position in Assurance as Global Client Service Partner for a Swiss multinational investment bank, splitting her time between working in Paris and Zurich.
She is a champion of women succeeding in Financial Services, and acts as an advocate for EY’s Diversity & Inclusiveness agenda.
