Sandra leads the Strategy and Transactions unit EY-Parthenon in Germany. Previously, she was Private Equity Industry Leader in Europe West, one of the largest regions within the global EY organization.

Together with her teams, Sandra helps clients navigate complex corporate transformations within dynamic ecosystems, offering expertise from strategic planning to implementation and comprehensive tax, legal and operational execution.

She has spent most of her professional career at EY-Parthenon and has developed a wealth of experience in both buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence assignments for national and multinational clients. She has a strong private equity footprint across the globe and in leading cross-border deals.
