Alison Parker is an Audit Partner at EY Australia and the EY Regional Assurance People Leader for Oceania, based in Melbourne. With over 25 years’ experience, Alison has led audits for major public and private companies across technology, property, entertainment, construction, mining, oil refining, and not-for-profit sectors.
She is responsible for audit strategy, key estimates, and stakeholder engagement with boards and executive management.
Alison’s experience spans external audit, financial due diligence, investigative accountant reports, capital raisings, and internal control projects, including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. She is highly skilled in IFRS and US GAAP technical accounting.
Alison holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from the University of Tasmania, is a Chartered Accountant (Australia and New Zealand), and a Registered Company Auditor. She also serves as a Director at the Australian Centre for the Moving Image (ACMI), and as an Audit and Risk Committee Member at Tennis Australia.
