Executive Assistant Trainee Program
Serious about your career as an Executive Assistant (EA)? The EA Trainee Program is an amazing opportunity for you to develop a rewarding career as a support professional. The program runs for approximately six months and will provide you with the solid foundation that you need to become a high performing EA at EY.
As a trainee, you will spend an initial four weeks in our Business Support Centre where you will learn about core EY systems and processes, followed by two weeks of experience and coaching in each of our four client facing service lines where you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of executives and gain first-hand insight into how EY does business.
You will be assigned a mentor for the duration of the program, and will be coached by some of our most accomplished EAs during your service line rotations.
