How Bharat is building a better working world

“I am passionate about helping clients that are experiencing distress. Having lived in four different countries and worked in industry helps me bring a diverse perspective and a pragmatic approach to providing change when helping my clients, whether leading a large cash strapped shipbuilding company to deliver ships that were important for Indian Coast Guard, helping a distressed fire safety solutions company deliver on its commitments, advising the board of a Middle Eastern electronic goods distributor develop its turnaround plans, or working with the managements of large beverage manufacturer in Africa in improving its sales performance.

I feel great satisfaction when I see smiles on the faces of clients’ employees once the business stabilizes and is healthier and stronger than when we started.”
