How Damien is building a better working world

“It’s not an easy time for energy providers. The advance of technology offers potential for huge innovation, but companies also face challenges around how to apply it. The development of new solutions must be balanced, with keeping pace with high customer expectations, building a positive workplace culture, reducing cost to serve and, of course, playing their part in shaping a low-carbon, sustainable world.

My team and I are committed to helping our clients navigate this complexity through digital transformation programs that put a better customer and employee experience at their heart. This is how companies can use technology and data to differentiate from new market entrants while staying true to their distinct brand promise – it’s the best path to creating value for the business, workers, customers and for society.”
