Maggi Hughes is a partner in EY Australia’s Financial Services Consulting practice, based in Melbourne, focusing on risk strategy and transformation, financial crime and non‑financial risk management. Prior to returning to Australia, Maggi spent more than seven years with EY Singapore, where she led the Financial Services Risk practice. Her career spans corporate, government and not‑for‑profit roles across Australia, France and Singapore, shaping her perspective on governance, culture and change.
