Bringing over 25 years of global technology and consulting experience, Philena Franc is the EY Regional Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) leader, Oceania. She previously served as the Technology Strategy & Transformation Competency Leader, focusing on Artificial Intelligence (AI), cyber and risk, and sustainability.
Before joining the EY organisation, Philena held leadership roles at Capgemini as Vice President and Head of Industry for the Telecom Sector in Asia Pacific, and at Amdocs as Divisional Consulting Partner. Her extensive background includes significant contributions to digital transformation, telecommunications business value, and 5G innovation.
Philena began her career with the AT&T family of companies in the US, leading major digital transformation strategies. As TMT Leader, she empowers clients to unlock value in a changing world, emphasising that TMT enhances economic development and accessibility.
Passionate about technology's potential, Philena also leads the Future Network Now offering in Oceania. In recognition of her contributions to volunteer service, she received the President’s Volunteer Service Award from Barack Obama in 2013.
