Join our EY and Kellerhals Carrard Compliance Summer event at Generationenhaus in Berne. The compact event program will focus on how organizations can responsibly use AI in business processes and across business functions, with additional emphasis on the increasing expectations of regulators, stakeholders and those responsible for internal control systems.
With a view to the present challenges, we will explore how AI affects compliance, governance and risk management (e.g. traceability of AI decisions, data and secrecy protection, roles and responsibilities) and look into the opportunities it creates (e.g., more efficient controls, better risk identification and process automation). Our aim is to provide a practical approach on guiding principles, controls and documentation needed to implement effective AI use cases that are compliant with regulatory requirements and can be operated within the organization.
