As a senior manager at EY GmbH & Co. KG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Aniket leads teams in various client projects that involve complex banking regulation such as Basel III/Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR), Capital Requirements Directive (CRD), Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) 239 etc. His area of work also includes banking and regulatory transformation and he is part of the core Banks’ Integrated Reporting Dictionary (BIRD) and Integrated Reporting Framework (IReF) team at EY GmbH & Co. KG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft.

During his career, Aniket has taken up various positions in strategy and management consulting of banks focusing on banking regulation and risk management. He has led agile teams and is a certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and Professional Product Owner (PSPO).

Aniket holds an MBA in Finance from Institute of Management Technology (IMT) Ghaziabad, India. He has a B.Tech in electronics and communication engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, India.
