Michael is part of the Consulting Team in Zurich, spearheading our Consulting Market Organization across Switzerland as well as serving as a Member of the Swiss Leadership & Markets Board Team. His responsibilities include managing the Advanced Manufacturing & Mobility team in Switzerland and orchestrating the EY-IBM alliance as its manager for the Europe West region.
Boasting over two decades of professional engagement with international clients in the industrial and consumer goods sectors, Michael has established himself as a trusted advisor and teamplayer on the way to large digital and IT-enabled business transformation programs. Michael has an extensive track record of developing new programs and successfully executing complex projects. He has repeatedly built and led high performing teams from diverse organizational and cultural backgrounds for projects in Europe, the Middle East and the United States.
