Sébastien Avenard works in EY’s Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) practice in Zurich, where he helps CFOs and Finance leaders redesign operating models and embed AI-enabled tools that reduce cost and complexity. He designs target operating models for Finance, supports the firm’s AI-driven Finance Managed Services offering for the Swiss market, and leads client assignments across the Pharma, Mining and Power & Utilities sectors. Sébastien previously worked in EY’s Treasury, Corporate Finance and Risk Management practices. Earlier in his career, he held senior in-house finance leadership roles across private equity-backed and publicly listed multinationals, leading group consolidation, IFRS reporting, IPO readiness and M&A support. He holds a Master Grande École in International Management, Accounting and Finance from NEOMA Business School.
