Jérôme is bringing 25+ years of experience in consumer goods industry and strategy consulting.

Jérôme supports his international clients and local champions in creating sustainable value. His domains of expertise span across business strategy and transformation, commercial excellence, pricing and innovation programs. He has also supported several operating models redesign, with a focus on change management in all of his projects.

He is supporting his clients end-to-end, from strategy to execution, embracing all possible new technologies, to deliver high and sustainable value.

In his current role, his clients include global consumer and health players, as well as local champions and Private Equity portfolio companies.

Jerome joined the global EY organization in 2015, focusing initially on commercial transformation.

Previously, he held management positions in sales and marketing, general management and business transformation in 2 global FMCH leaders in France, Italy and Northern Europe.

Jérôme is a graduate of the Institut supérieur de gestion (ISG) and CEDEP INSEAD.
