Nicolas is a partner at EY-Parthenon in France and leads the Sell & Separate services for Europe West.
He advises private equity firms and corporate clients on complex transaction processes, including carve-outs, divestitures and cross-border acquisitions, often acting as an architect of complex deal structures and execution strategies.
He began his career in audit in Lyon before moving into Transaction Advisory Services, where he has supported major Leveraged Buyout Transactions across a wide range of sectors, including business services, retail, life sciences and real estate. He has also advised large French and international groups on acquisition and disposal strategies.
Nicolas holds a degree from Grenoble Ecole de Management and a postgraduate diploma from Lancaster University.
