Our Irish heritage is central to all aspects of the building via craft, art, décor and landscape from bespoke joinery and furniture to art carefully curated and featuring Irish and international artists.

The building has achieved the highest sustainability ratings and includes a 24,000 sq ft rooftop garden space as well as extensive cycle parking and charging for e-bikes and e-scooters.
