Brad is a Director in our Turnaround & Restructuring Strategy business and leads our Informal Advisory offering specialising in assisting lenders, management teams and other stakeholders of underperforming businesses.
He has extensive experience advising senior stakeholders (board members and banking syndicates) during debt restructuring negotiations through commercially sound decision making and the provision of strategic and operational advice.
